Why do I need to contact my payroll?

To save you faxing documents, Cash Doctors does a quick call to your payroll officer to confirm some details.
Most employers won’t confirm an employee’s details without their verbal or written consent. This means that you need to contact your payroll to give them permission to confirm your details with us.

Here’s what we check:

  • Your income - so we’re lending only an amount you can afford
  • Your address - to send you your free Cash Doctors Card
  • Bank details
  • Your employment status - to help us work out your eligibility
  • The frequency and date of your next pay - so we can set up your direct debit for you
  • There is an alternative way - if time isn’t a concern, you’d rather we didn’t talk to your payroll officer, your payroll officer is away, or if you are the payroll officer for your company, you can still fax documents.

The payroll call only happens when you first join. After that, your applications are processed and paid in seconds automatically 24/7, provided none of your details have changed.
